FATAL ERROR?

    Can someone PLEASE tell me what this means? I checked my site, then updated to wordpress 3.0 automatically, then I get this when I go to my website.
    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_rewrite_tag() on a non-object in /home/vertprod/public_html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 289

    Please help me! This is terrible
