  Hi,

  I will be blogging from another domain and I would like to move my blog followers. The old url is https://vergedichten.blog, the new url is https://werkplaatsvandeverbeelding.nl.

  Can you help me transfer the followers? Jetpack is installed on the new url.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
