Export backup failed

  I went to manage/exports and got the following error message (it apparently did a brief download, then went to an Explorer web page and gave me this error. Any ideas?

  The XML page cannot be displayed
  Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
