Am I correct that there is an eshop feature with wordpress? If so is it available to the ‘premium’ package?
The blog I need help with is chrissygaskell.wordpress.com.
There is no eCommerce capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. If you require any plugins you will need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set you your own WordPress.org software install to install them.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

Did you make the items you want to sell yourself? I’m asking because NO reselling anything made by anyone else or selling a service provided by anyone else is allowed on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

I’m a physical therapist & share a medical clinic with some other therapists, although we each have our own independent practices therein. We want to share a blog to educate our patients about good health habits & also we each want to have our own profile page in the blog that introduces us & describes therapies we specialize in. At the end of each profile we want to say “for more info or to schedule an appointment call/email” & then give a link or phone number. Also we want to do a GroupOn & want to make a blog post letting people know about it & provide a link to the GroupOn site. No selling or fees will ever be listed in the blog. The purpose of the blog is to educate & to provide contact info. We’re tech-illiterate & it’ll take lots of time to set up the blog- are we in compliance with WP rules? Would hate to lose it after all the work. Thank you very much.

I would be selling only my products that I have personally made and a paypal link was exactly what I wanted :)
Presumably the form and Paypal link are available on the premium option?

chrissygaskell you don’t need any upgrades. Just follow the instructions in the Support documents. http://support.wordpress.com/
Thank you so much raincoaster. I’m looking forward to getting the blog started. BTW, your avatar is intriguing. It’s reminiscent of an eagle eye as is found in the designs of the Tlingit, a Native American tribe from the region where I live.
