Embedding facebook video on WP blog

Add topic to favorites
I found instructions and tried it (see below) but it does not show in my preview. I have embedded YouTube videos with success but this is a first for me. Can you help me?

The above application includes the video number from the facebook page.

Facebook videos are not supported. The video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.

Just embed the entire post, not just the video.

Thanks for your quick responses. I was hoping to be able to embed the video without the comments. But now I know for future reference. I appreciate the help.
