    My current wordpress blog does send out email alerts. I am trying to find out where the setting is so I can change it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    All sites on WordPress.com automatically send out email notifications. It is not controlled by any setting as it’s not possible to switch it off for any site.

    However, anyone who follows your site can control whether they receive emails or not. If one of your followers are reporting that they’re not receiving emails of new posts, they need to check their own email notification settings to make sure they aren’t maybe blocking emails from us.
