    My primary email address has change and I no longer have access to the old one. How can I change my log in information to my WordPress sites?

    Are you still able to login to the account you need to change the email address for?

    No, I am not able to login in to the account. In the process of trying to change my email address I totally locked myself out. With changing my email account I have lost all historical records which likely included my original activation information.

    Hi there,

    If you don’t have access to the email address on the account to request a password reset, and don’t have any of the information required by the account recovery form, we will not be able to give you access to the account.

    Hello @lmnjpeck,

    Have you tried resetting your password for your old email to regain access? If you are using chrome, and didn’t change computer since the last time you were able to login to your email address, you should have the login details saved to your Chrome. Let me know if you need help in finding this.
