Email Address Associated w Account

Add topic to favorites
When setting up my account, I made a typo in my email address so cannot receive the activation email. I have entered the correct email address on my profile but it must be confirmed but the confirmation is going to the address w the typo. How can I rectify this? Really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you.

You can update your email address in account settings https://wordpress.com/me/account After you you confirm the correct email address, you’ll be able to receive email notifications related to your account and site.

If you are not successful, please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
