  1) I needed my (menu tabs / categories section) to be aligned centered so it is neatly above the title and the tagline.

  2) I have no idea why, but when you click on the categories and select one, the title of it at the top of the page appears in italics.
  I don’t want it to be in ‘italics’ which it is right now but it to just be ‘regular’ and ‘underlined’.
