  I would like to post a video in which the reader can see me editing a word document with voiceover, explaining what I am doing? Is this possible? How would I do it?

  if you are on the premium or business plans you can use videopress to upload and host your own videos on your blog.

  Otherwise you can you can also embed videos from many video services on your WordPress.com for free.
