    Hi,

    I want to get rid of the text in the Header Links and make the icons clickable. Is this possible?

    I’m using the Morning After theme.

    Thanks!
    Ellie

    The blog I need help with is doppelhouse.com.

    Hi Ellie, which “icons” are you wanting clickable on your site? We can certainly get rid of the site title and description with CSS. Did you want to replace the site title and description with an image? That too is totally possible with CSS.

    Thanks so much for the quick response.
    I’m actually talking about those little green icons on the right (below the search box). There’s only 5 of them. Home, About, follow, etc.

    – Is it possible to get rid of the text and make the icons clickable?
    – Is it possible to change the icons?

    Thanks so much for your help!!

    Ellie, this is a little tricky and requires specific CSS for each item up there, but give the following a try and see what you think.

    #menu li span.home a {
        background: url("/wp-content/themes/pub/themorningafter/images/bg/home.gif") no-repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
        color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
        font-size: 17px;
        letter-spacing: -7px;
    }

    #menu li span.home {
        background: none;
    }

    #menu li span.subscribe a {
        background: url("/wp-content/themes/pub/themorningafter/images/bg/favourite.gif") no-repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
        color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
        font-size: 17px;
        letter-spacing: -7px;
        margin-left: -5px;
    }

    #menu li span.subscribe {
        background: none;
        position: relative;
        left: -20px;
    }

    Thank you so much! This worked. :)
    One last question: On the blog pages, can I hide the “Discussion – Comments closed” ?
    Sorry for taking so much of your time… You’ve been really helpful!

    You are welcome, and not a problem. I can’t fine any blog posts, but this should hide anything to do with comments on The Morning After theme, including the Discussion bit.

    #comments {
    display: none;
    }
