EDIT Buttons not active

Add topic to favorites
New user to an existing site (position change)… when I go to My Site> Pages – the EDIT button isn’t active on each Page. I have admin access. Any controls/switches to check?

After your checking your site, it seems that it’s a self-hosted site. You should be able to get some support at:
https://wordpress.org/support/

These forums are usually reserved for WordPress.com hosted sites.

Here are the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted sites:
