Download Media File

    Hi,
    I’ve added videos to my site multiple times.
    As of yesterday as I tried to add a video it would not complete the download.
    I have tried adding other videos and still did not work.
    Pictures do not download either.

    I have tried again today still no luck .
    Once I try to download the media files the ‘download bar’ goes halfway really quickly then it stalls out and never completes the download.

    It is not my network as it works fine with everything else,
    Also not the media as any media I try downloading does not download.

    What is going on ?

    It looks like your question has to do with a self-hosted WordPress.org product. These forums offer support for the WordPress.com suite of products. The distinction can seem subtle, so you may read more about the differences. Find the WordPress.org-specific support you need at WordPress.org’s support site.     Your hosting company is https://www.hostgator.com/. They should be able to help you with your issue as well as the WordPress.org forums.

    I’ll also share on behalf of WordPress.com, this site, that upload and download issues usually aren’t an issue because of the way WordPress.com manages hosting for you. If that headache won’t go away with HostGator, come back and we can talk through migrating your site and trying the world of WordPress.com hosting. It causes fewer headaches.
