Double charged when plan upgraded

    Hi, when I tried to find an upgraded, firstly I chose WordPress Explorer plan, and incidentally, I clicked twice and so I found two billing records on my BILLING history. Then I cancelled once.

    Later on, for some reason, I was able to choose WordPress Starter, which I also paid.

    But eventually, the plan I’ve got is only WORDPRESS STARTER, but in my credit card list, I have to pay for WordPress Explorer, which I am not able to eploit in my PLAN LIST.

    I need someone to correct my billing record, please.
