Good Afternoon, my name is Ja’Spring Berryhill and I am the Digital Marketing Manager for KonnectServices. A couple of days ago before I started our staff received this error when trying to login to our donations site connected with our website KonnectServices. Here is our error code below :

It sounds like you are needing help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead. To clarify, your site konnectservices.net appears to be hosted at IONOS, and is not a site that is managed hosted with us directly on WordPress.com.
