Domain transferred here and now parked and won’t go back to shopify

I transferred my shopify domain here, than cancelled it, and now it won’t show up in shopify, shows up as a parked domain by wordpress in google???? I can’t see my domain on shopify or wordpress and have 0 access to it. I bought the domain for a year in shopify and now wordpress is just holding it??? I want my domain back asap

I transferred my shopify domain to here, than cancelled it, however wordpress for some reason still transferred it, so than i deleted it off here to get it back to shopify, however, now the domain isn’t in shopify after it was and working, and also is ‘parked’ in google. I need my domain back immediately and to have it recovered. It was purchased through shopify and expires in October 2023 there’s 0 reason why wordpress should have it or control billing.

From what I see in your account history, you originally transferred your domain to WordPress.com. Which means, from that moment, WordPress.com was your domain registrar, not Shopify.
I can also see that you have canceled your domain a couple of days ago.

Keep in mind, after cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.

It takes about 90 days from the cancellation/expiry date for the domain to be available in the market again. During the 90 days this domain will be auctioned and see if anybody is interested in the domain. If no registrar is interested in picking it up, then it will go back to market.
