Domain Transfer

    I purchased a domain, a few years ago, and within the past year the payment didn’t go through, but the domain still exists. I am trying to transfer the domain to another host site. However, I am unable to pinpoint the information to renew the domain, let alone be able to transfer it. Where can I find the information???

    What is the domain name that you are trying to transfer? Depending on the expiration stage that the domain is in, staff may/may not be able to assist.

    The first step is knowing the domain name. Please provide that and we’ll go from there. Thanks!

    I see that the domain has been renewed until 7/28/2018. So, there is nothing you need to do to renew it at this point in time.

    I’m going to tag staff with the modlook tag, just to make sure that it is still with your account, and all. They will let us know where it stands exactly and from there they’ll know your options. Please be patient as response times are anticipated to be longer than normal this week.

    Hi I am trying to transfer my domain It says I need a code from the registrar to provide to the host I want to transfer to. however wp support is closed for a week…help? I have until mid october but want to do it now.

    I’m still having some difficulty. my domain says it’s taken therefore, it can’t be transferred.
    i’m not sure why i am experiencing this.
    the only domain that is showing as available to transfer under

    I only want to transfer which was the domain associated with this account.


    It seems that my only option is to purchase a premium plan for $99, which includes domain mapping for $13. But I am not interested in continuing with wordpress as my host site. And I am not able to see where the other options are. please let me know if there is anything that comes up that I am not privy to at the moment.

    The domain status is a bit unclear at the moment. What I mean by that is that I am unable to see if it is in redemption right now or not. I’ve reached out to our domain partner to clarify – as soon as I hear back from them we will be able to take the necessary steps to help get it restored.
