Domain Transfer

    Hello, I have a domain I am transferring from WordPress to Shopify. I noticed that my email address can no longer receive or send emails now due to the transfer. How do I change the email listed on my domain registry?

    Hi @craftbelly, the transfer shouldn’t affect your email unless you also already changed the name servers. Also I don’t see a domain on this account currently, so can you send a link to your site? Please let us know what the email is as well. If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view, so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
