Domain renewing and site issues

I have registered two domains through you guys. Quantumgamer.com and iosnova.com. Which are registered through Wild West Domains through you guys.
Recently my domains needed to be reknewed I think? So I need to renew them but I cannot. Wild West Domains said I need to contact you guys because they cant manage it and it needed to be done through wordpress. I sign into my wordpress and see no blogs what so ever.
At this point my site looks like it did a year ago. I also don’t have any posts from the past year showing up on the site and I am unable to manage it through http://www.quantumgamer.com/wp-admin/ anymore.
I’ve paid for hosting with host gator and apparently the servers aren’t pointed towards theres now. I did not change this. Ultimately I need to renew the domains if possible and point the sites to my hostgator servers.

Hi there, the domains quantumgamer.com and iosnova.com are linked to a different WordPress.com account. You will need to renew your domains from that account. Because these domains are expired, I am also contacting you about this via email to discuss the private details for domain renewal.
