  My domain is saying it will expire in 11 days but when I try to purchase it for $99 it says I already have some premium features. Then it asks if I want to renew my subscription. Where do I go to renew it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew.

  Hi there,

  Only the WordPress.com user who owns the WordPress.com Premium plan and domain (the user who originally purchased it) can renew it for your site. In this case, that’s the other administrator on your site. That user will need to log in and head to the My Upgrades page to renew that plan.
