Domain renewal

    I need help renewing an expired domain. I’ve copied the message I received below. I haven’t heard anything back and my responses to the thread keep getting kicked back. I am simply looking to pay the fee and get on with it. Please help!

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of arisetherapeutics.com?

    That domain expired on 28 November 2018 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

    It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

    Note that WordPress.com staff are in the hands of the Registrar have to await a reply from them regarding the situation of your domain. Staff will send you the payment request once they know for sure the domain can be recovered.
