Domain Purchase Disappeared

    I had received an eMail about my domain expiring in about two months. A week before expiration, I had received the same eMail again.

    Yesterday, 19 days after expiring I look to renew and upgrade plan however the original domain purchase is no longer listed in Purchases section.

    PLEASE HELP (or point in proper direction to get this cleared up).

    You didn’t give the address of the domain you need help with (in either thread that you have posted). I’m taking a guess that it is allthingsmajor.com ?? If the domain has expired 19 days ago it must be on the point of being beyond the grace period and perhaps is now in the redemption period and staff assistance will be required to recover it. There will be extra costs involved too. See:

    I have added the modlook tag to ensure that staff respond in due course.

    I see that you were able to renew allthingsmajor.com – just wanted to verify that is the domain you were referring in your initial post?

    Hi staff-doublebassd – because the domain option I wish to choose is not available, it defaults to posting about AllThingsMajor.com instead of the specific site I would like it to (SLMtours.com)

    Still having the same trouble. This is annoying; not being able to upgrade the plan.

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

    The eMail address associated with the account is wheee the renewel eMails went. If not, then the user name might be: “@B3nBerry”

    Hi there,

    I cannot assist in renewing the domain subscription without confirmation that you own the account that the upgrade is under. Are you able to log into that particular WordPress.com account?

    I am confused as to how this account does not control the SLMtours.com domain if I receive both the Renew eMails to this eMail address as well as the thread notifications.

    Do you have access to the B3nBerry account? You should be able to access your upgrade from under that account.
