My domain http://www.mrskasupene.com no longer seems to be working in search engines, although my date for renewal is in April this year. Could you help me understand why this is and assist me in getting my website up and running again?

The server at http://www.mrskasupene.com can’t be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website’s name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.

Hi there,
The problem is you have mapped http://mrskasupene.com/ to your WordPress.com site, but you haven’t mapped the “www” variant (http://www.mrskasupene.com/).
Do you need the “www” variant as well?

Hi Liz,
Thanks for your reply. I’m not sure if mapping the www make a difference as it worked fine, without it, up until now..
How would I go about adding the www in, without incurring an extra cost? -

If it used to work and stopped working, something may have changed with your registrar. Here’s the contact information for Crazy Domains:
http://www.crazydomains.com/contact/
Could you have them look at your account and see if any of your settings there would cause the “www” subdomain on http://mrskasupene.com/ to stop working?
