Domain name

    Hello, I bought a domain name lyonexplorer.com on friday and then, because I thought it wasn’t possible to have free email adresses with your services, I unregistered this domain name. I thought that I had 14 days to cancel my subscription and be refund. But I haven’t be refund and now, my domain name is parked by automatic and I can’t do anything. How can I manage this situation. I just want a domain name http://www.lyonexplorer.com for my website and at least 10 adresses mail.

    I’ll be happy to help sort this out for you.

    WordPress.com plans are refundable up to 30 days and domains are refundable up to 48 hours. You did meet the cancellation and are eligible for a full refund.

    A full refund of $35.88 has been refunded and these funds should reach you in about ten days.

    The domain, lyonexplorer.com, will be eligible for registration again about 5 days after the cancellation.

    my domain artprojecthappiness.com will expire in 5 days and the name doesn’t suit any longer

    I would love to keep this blog with all the information
    just with another domain name the new name would be thehappinessart.com ( which is available )

    how do i proceed ?

    I can help you with this!

    All you need to do is register the new domain. Domain registration is no longer available as a standalone upgrade like it was when you registered artprojecthappiness.com.

    First, you’ll want to pick out your plan at wordpress.com/pricing/ Go ahead and add the desired plan to your account. After you checkout, click on My Sites > Domains > Add > register the new domain.

    Let me know once you’ve done that and I’ll make sure that it is connected to artprojecthappiness.wordpress.com.

    You can let the old domain expire or you can renew it and set it up to automatically redirect to the new domain.
