Domain mapping expired

    Our website appears to have an issue with the domain mapping expired. We purchased our domain name from a third-party, and mapped it previously. We still own the domain name. How can I renew the domain mapping?

    We recently stopped our business plan, is that the reason for this issue? If so, how can I re-enroll but as a premium business site?

    You’ll need to be logged in as the account which owns the site and upgrade to renew it.

    I am logged in as the site owner but my only option is to upgrade to the e-commerce business plan.

    We had a business plan that expired several days ago and it was not renewed by my co-owner and I would now like to downgrade to premium business plan but that option is not available to me.

    Ah, you are signed in as the owner of the site.

    The upgrade is owned by the other Administrator on the site, only that account can renew it.
