  Hi, I’ve been trying to map http://www.sinmedlink.com.sg to this wordpress site but it keeps telling me that the url has not been registered yet and therefore cannot be mapped. I have separately already contacted my service provider to change the domain name serves to the one wordpress specified, but I am still unable to register the domain. I’ve read that many people seem to have the same problem. Can someone please help look into this? Thanks.

  According to WordPress.com staff in a related forum thread, they need to manually add some domain names with country extensions. That may be the case with your domain so I’ve tagged this for staff’s attention.

  Hello, could you please help me out as well?
  I really need to cancel these two domains: psicomotricitaverona.com, psicomotricistaverona.com. A pop-up message is appearing on my main website saying that those two have expired. I want them to be canceled. This is causing me serious troubles with my clients, since they cannot access my main site anymore. My main site is: marinapavesi.com (I’ve already renewed this one and I want to keep it). Thanks!!

  Hi @irenepasquetto2, it looks like this may have been resolved already, but if not, you can try this:

  – log in as the owner of the upgrade
  – click cancel on the domain overlay

  And if that doesn’t work, while still logged in as the upgrade owner, contact us here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact
