domain is incorrect

Add topic to favorites
I have had Yahoo hosting/site builder and my domain name for years. I tried moving it all to Word Press. I paid the costs. I spoke with WP reps several times to fix the problem..Still not fixed. I cannot move my Yahoo pages to Word Press or use Word Press page builders because the domain names DO NOT MATCH. Word Press added the number 10 to my existing domain name, making it useless for me. What should I do?

The correct domain is:
rozabal.com

But when ever I try to log on with Word Press, I am directed to
https://rozabaldotcom.wordpress.com/

Can you delete that domain and enter the correct one?
My correct log-in email addie changed from
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
to:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)

The domain’s name servers are still directed away from us.
