domain change

I’m trying to change my domain to another site. I cant seem to get any help with this matter. no phone number for tech support anywhere. How do I get wordpress to release my domain?!?

WordPress support has a document available to help you through a domain transfer: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/all-about-domains/.
Please go down to the header “Transfers” where it will show you the options available to you.
I believe the one you may be interested in is: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
