Domain cancel no refund
-
Hi Guys,
I own a site: https://creciendoconmama.wordpress.com
I just cancelled my Premium subscription + my domain. I’m still in the 48 hours window.
After I cancel my premium plan I got the refund notification for the premium plan $66 successfully.
Then, I cancelled the domain. But, I did not get any email or notification regarding the refund of the $33 of my domain.
According to your refund policy I should be able to cancel my domain and receive a refund https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
Can you please issue a refund for the $33 of my cancelled domain?
Best regards.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have processed the rest of that refund for you. I’m not sure why that didn’t go through the first time.
Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Hi,
I think I just had the same problem as mariomtatis, I own a site:
https://the135experiment.wordpress.com/And I cancelled the domain: the135experiment.com within 48 hours after it’s been purchased.
On the Support page (https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/) it says:
“Important note: The cancellation link sent to your the email address in your account is only valid for 24 hours. If you click and see an error, please contact us.”So far I haven’t received any emails with the link or notifications either.
Can I ask you to help have a look at the process if everything is OK?
My site: https://the135experiment.wordpress.com/I really appreciate any help you can provide.
