    I closed down this website and cancelled all subscriptions a few months ago. I went into active upgrades and canceled everything (or so I thought). I was just charged for ‘Bookings Annual subscription’ on August 13th. Could I please cancle this and get it refunded?

    It seems you are referring to the WooCommerce Bookings extension. This is a separate purchase from your WordPress.com account, and therefore, it won’t appear under your WordPress.com purchases.

    To cancel the Bookings extension and request a refund, you will need to log into your WooCommerce account using your WordPress.com account credentials. Once logged in, please head over to your orders page at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/orders/ and proceed with the cancellation of the extension.
