Devolución Pago Automatico

    Hola, teniamos establecido un pago automatico anual de 13€ para renovar el domain mapping de wordpress.com a nuestro dominio alojado en un servidor privado.

    Este año el pago se ha efectuado el dia 13 de febrero y nos gustaría pedir la devolución de esos 13€ pues ya no nos interesa que la pagina siga redireccionando.

    Se puede conseguir esto?

    You should be able to ask for a refund. I’ve tagged this thread with “modlook” so that WP staff can look into your issue.

    Impressive translation, that´s what we wanna do.

    I had a look at the refund policy, I followed the instructions given… but I see nothing about refunds as My purchase history is empty.

    There doesn’t appear to be domain mapping with this account so this might have been purchased under a different account. In order to cancel the domain mapping you will need to log in through owner account for the site and navigate to your purchases page here:

    https://wordpress.com/purchases
