  My page is not blacked out for the SOPA/PIPA protest, as I’ve set it to be. I clicked for full blackout–last night the ribbon was up and I could see the blackout preview. This morning, no blackout, no ribbon even though protest is still selected. When I hit preview, the preview page is not blacked out and no ribbon.
  My other WordPress.com blog *is* blacked out but not splitwindow.wordpress.com. Am hoping it will change shortly (it’s 8.58 EST) but please let me know if I need to do anything else.
