Deleted my domain

    Hello, I decided to cancel my domain completely, but am only being refunded 96$. Why is 18$ still being held by wordpress? I am not keeping my website because I haven’t used it and do not plan to.

    Domain renewals are not refunded automatically, which is why our Refunds support page at https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ says to contact support for help with refunding a renewal payment.

    I have refunded the domain portion of your plan as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
