Delete Site

Hi, I’ve been trying to delete my site without deleting the address by changing the address and then deleting the changed address but when I go back to “My Blogs” the blog I changed the address to was still there. Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you want to use this address or something? If so, you can get new themes and start from scratch. If you want to get rid of the blog phyggstoyu.wordpress.com. permanently, go to phyggstoyu.wordpress.com/wp-admin , Tools, Delete Site, and then you can free up your url so someone else can use it, or delete it permanently!
