Hi! Years ago I made an account, today I don’t know account’s password or the user that created this. Where can I find out what was my user then, so that I could delete this blog? Is it possible for you to do it for me?
Or if not, who I should turn to? The blog is apetitoso.wordpress.com

Hi there. The only way to regain access to an account if you no longer have the login details is the Account Recovery Form. You can provide an email address on the form where staff will contact you follow up. Only the user who created the blog can delete it, so you will have to regain access first before you can delete the blog. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

You cannot delete your WordPress.com username account. This is for security reasons so others cannot claim your username and impersonate you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

The only details you were required to provide when signing up for your account was an email address. WordPress.com will never send you spam to that email address and also won’t sell it to third parties, as clearly stated in their privacy policy. You can disable all email notifications from your account settings:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/

If you change that email to a throwaway address there will be no way your account could ever be linked to you. Any other details that you added yourself, you also have the power to delete yourself. See timethief’s instructions in this post on how to do that: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/06/02/deleting-accounts-blogs-and-content/
