I’m trying to delete my account, but it says ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ When I go to manage purchases, I’m not given any option to cancel my upgrade. It reads ‘Premium theme – never expires.’ What steps to I need to take to delete my account?

Hi Melissa,

Premium themes can not be deleted. It can be removed by staff or needs to be transferred to some other domain.
Once the theme is transferred or deleted by staff you can delete the site.

I will type modlook tag in sidebar for staff to respond.

I’ve removed the Premium Theme from your account — you should be able to delete your site now.
