hey, I’d like to you remove my account. I have used my e-mail address for a school project some years ago, I’d like to use it again for a different project.

We cannot do this for you. To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site.The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
