Defamatory blog, unauthorized use or display of my personal information

Robert Landen has posted approximately twenty defamatory blogs about me both here and at blogspot were he was banned. He still has several here that are set to private. His current one https://truthaboutthomasrobertlanden.wordpress.com/2016/09/05/ looks to become public. He is also falsely displaying my legal name and personal information at https://robertlandenblog.wordpress.com/contact/ as his own. He has no authorization or approval to use my name or information. How do I stop him from making derogatory and defamatory blogs about me here at wordpress? Which seems to be against user policies everywhere else.

Complaints like this one are not dealt with here on the public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases and their authority applies to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM, not to any others.
