I’m trying to bring back my old website and I don’t remember the username. My gmail has 4 moderation requests, but no activation or transaction codes for me to use the recovery tool. Is there any way to get my site back? It’s been four years since I’ve logged into it.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@bmitchell37 can you send a link to your site? We’ll check it out and let you know what options are available.

Generally speaking, here’s our account recovery process:

My apologies, I put in the wrong blog in my post. It’s johnstownfoodblog.worpress.com. I tried using the recovery tool but I don’t have anything in my email associated with a transcation or authorization number to use for verification.

Thanks. Sadly there’s no transaction ID we can use to confirm ownership, but if you are checking the right email account you should be able to get access.

The address the reset information is going to is not the one listed here:

Can you check your other email addresses?
