  The date that appears on the blog page is like this
  13 13America / Sao_Paulo December 13America / Sao_Paulo 2017

  Hi,

  You could try this:

  Go to
  My Sites –> Settings
  In the “General” tab choose your time zone and “Save Settings”

  Then in the “Writing” Tab, click on “Date and Time Format” and choose the format you like (It’s the first option)

  Save Settings and see if that changes.

  Done!
