Data transfer to self-hosted WordPress blog

    Hi, I’d like to transfer my stats and subscribers from wordpress.com to my new self-hosted blog.

    Old blog: lacenruffles.wordpress.com
    New blog: lacenruffles.com

    I have activated Jetpack on the new blog and the Stats and Subscriptions modules. Thanks
