Customizing my website

  • My Homepage site was good and i customized it so the text etc. However all of the sudden the menu with the different categories was gone and instead there was the menu icon with three stripes. I don’t know why this happened and I want my old menu with the different categories back instead of the menu icon. No idea how to change it back nothing seems to work. I still see in my customizing tools the menu with the different categories/pages but it’s not visible anymore.

  • Hello Debilyoth,

    Thanks for writing in!

    What is your website address?

If your website is hosted on WordPress.com and your theme isn’t showing your menu, try making any change to the menu and re-save — this should force the theme to use that menu.

See the help documentation about managing your menu in WordPress: https://wordpress.com/support/menus/

  • Hi obt28

    Thank you for your response.

    My domaine is https://fairytalebelize.com/

I did as you told me but the menu is still not showing. Instead there’s the menu icon that is set for mobile menu. But i am currently customizing the website for the desktop version… I really can’t figure out how to make that it shows the menu for the desktop version so with the pages. Maybe it is a problem with astra as i am working with the plugin for astra starter themes….

    Kind regards
