  I have a custom template that I purchased through themeforest.com for WordPress. Do I need to use WordPress.org to use it, or can I use it through WordPress.com? Also, is there a guide for beginners that I can view?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is WordPress.com. You cannot use that theme here with your empty site https://cookclassiccarsblog.wordpress.com/. To use that theme you’ll need to find a host and set up a fresh site using the WordPress.org software.
