If I bought “Custom Design” for £20 will it allow me to offer pdf forms for download?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

CSS editing has absolutely nothing whatsover to do with offering PDFs for downloading at all.

I have the custom design package and the adelle theme and I need help boxing each widget separately in gray in my sidebar like the blog girllostinthecity.com. I also would like to center my site title and navigation menu items. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! Mary Ann
