CSS removal and editing

I want to remove the follow button:

Hi there,
I believe what that button you’re referring to is called the Action Bar
As of right now, you cannot remove this with a free WordPress.com account. You would need to upgrade to a Premium account to access the advanced CSS editing options.
From there, you would be able to use the following code to hide it:
#actionbar { display: none; }
