Critical Error Warning

I received a critical error warning and now the site is down and I can’t log into the dashboard to fix it. I am not the admin, just redesigning the website. The process started when I was informed there was a 3 next to the menu and it was not working. I went to the website to check it out and got a white screen, but was still able to get into the dashboard, so I tested the plugins and removed the one causing the white screen. Then some of the website content was missing, but I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I returned a couple hours later to find it has the critical error warning and I am no longer able to get into the dashboard. It says the admin received an email, but still waiting to hear from them.
