Critical error

My company has a WordPress.org site but we recently got a message when trying to logon saying it has a critical error. We can’t seem to find anyway to get access to it. We are planning to move the domain to WordPress.com but ideally we want to transfer over our site content and not have to start from scratch. Any ideas?

    Hello!

Thank you for reaching out! While I can’t provide specific guidance without your site URL, I can offer some general advice to help you out.

If your WordPress installation is experiencing a critical error and you’re unsure how to fix it, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider’s support team. They are equipped to identify the plugin or theme causing the error and assist you in getting your site back online. If you’re not sure who is your hosting provider, you can use a website like Hosting Checker to look up that information. https://hostingchecker.com/

Once your site is up and running again, we’d be more than happy to assist you in moving it. If you can provide additional information about your current site or share the URL, we can take a closer look and offer personalized recommendations for a new plan.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or if there’s anything else we can help you with. We’re here and looking forward to hearing back from you!
