    Hello,

The website administrator employee that had its credit card number registered in the WordPress left the company and his email was deleted. Now WordPress charged him again the subscription fee in his credit card. Is that a way to cancel this charge and transfer it to another administrator for payment please?

Organizations, companies and/r groups of any kind do not own blogs.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account, who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address and purchased any upgrades.

The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or to update credit card information, or to transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

Provided the blog’s actual owner who purchased the upgrade is logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and he or she is within the allowed time frame for refunds, they can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. They can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    See:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    as well as
Dashboard > Store > Billing History
