creating links in pages

  I have a page on my blog with several reviews on the chapters of Quran. What I want to do is to write the whole list at the start of the page so that anyone could just click on any one name in the list and the review under that title would open directly. The problem is that I don’t know how to make these “links”. Can anyone teach me how?
