Contact Form

  • Hello!

    I’m having a hard time getting my contact form to work. I’ve tried testing it but do not receive any emails, not even in my spam folder. When I create a form, I would go contact -> add new -> and then under the ‘form’ tab I would keep the information as is:

    Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name]

    Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email]

    Subject
    [text your-subject]

    Your Message
    [textarea your-message]

    [submit ‘Send’]

    Under the ‘mail’ tab it looks like this:
    To: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    From: [your-email]
    Subject: ‘[your-subject]’

    I get an error message under the ‘from’ section that says ‘sender email address does not belong to the site domain.’ Why doesn’t this work?

    Also, if I were to leave the contact forms as is, the from tab would say:

    Basically, even if I still left the contact form as is, added the form to my website, and tested it, I do not receive any emails (not even in spam). Does anyone have an idea as to why this is? I would greatly appreciate that!

  • Hi Jamie,

    I just sent a message using the contact form in your Contact page. After I submitted the form a page displayed that showed the message that was sent. Please tell me if you received that message.
